Babs Kunle
International Marketing Manager @the International Marketing and Recruitment team at Lund University
Babs will be moderating this live Q&A. Babs is an International Marketing Manager at Lund University who is originally from Nigeria but has been living and working in Sweden for about 10 years. He specializes in supporting prospective applicants from Sub-Saharan Africa but with key focus on students with academic background from Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.
Master's programme in Public Health @the Faculty of Medicine at Lund University
Nina is originally from the US and in addition to her studies she has really enjoyed all the opportunities to participate in student life here at Lund! Nina has been able to meet many Swedish and international students through volunteering at the nations and working with the international student mentor program. Lund is also a part of the European University Alliance for Global Health, and some of her favorite experiences here have been working with and getting to know students from all around the world through EUGLOH events!
Master's programme in Public Health @the Faculty of Medicine at Lund University
Pince has been a nurse/nurse educator for over 7 years training nurses and midwives at the Diploma level in Ghana before pursuing the Master’s in Public Health programme (MPH), with a scholarship from the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals. Prince is interested in research which is why he did a summer research project with the Obesity and Disease Development Sweden (ODDS) study; Registered-based epidemiology, which gave him lots of experience in research as well as the Swedish work culture.
Master's programme in Biomedicine @the Faculty of Medicine at Lund University
Shilan is a Kurd from Syria, who grew up in Greece and Sweden, she is on her second year of the Masters programme in Biomedicine. She has chosen to follow the industrial track and currently doing her Master thesis project in a pharmaceutical company.
Bachelor's programme in Biomedicine @the Faculty of Medicine at Lund University
Lene is a third year biomedicine bachelor student at Lund University. She moved to Sweden from Canada and has learned much along the way, not just from her studies, but also from moving to a new country. She is happy to share her experience with prospective students, and hopefully ease the minds of those in a similar situation as she was in a few years ago.
